Administrative law, which is used to solve problems between the state and individuals, envisages the balancing of the superiority and privileges granted to the public and the individual in the public interest within the framework of the law. Administrative law, which stipulates various rules regarding all activities of the administration, implies that the judicial remedy against the activities carried out by the administration is open.
